    Protifast Chocolate Protein Mug Cake is a rich, fudgy single-serve chocolate cake made with egg powder, wheat, chocolate protein powder, and cocoa, and it's ready in just 2 minutes. With 17 grams of protein and 2,2 grams of fiber. Serve on its own or with a little yoghurt, sugar free syrup or fruit to create your own treat. Easily mix with water and cooking in a mug or small bowl in the microwave.

    Ideal for busy days when time is short, or as a post-workout reward to refuel without guilt.

    Ingredients : Milk proteins (emulsifier: lecithins), chocolate flakes (sucrose, cocoa mass and cocoa butter, emulsifier: lecithins [soya], glazing agent: E 904, natural vanilla flavouring) (19%), powdered egg white and yolk, soya protein (emulsifier: lecithins [soya]), fat-reduced cocoa powder (6%), wheat gluten, wheat fibre, flavourings, thickener: guar gum, raising agents: sodium diphosphates and carbonates (contains: wheat), anti-caking agent: magnesium carbonate, salt, vitamins (C, E, B3, A, B5, B12, B6, B1, B2, B9, B8), maltodextrin.

    Mixing instructions : Add 30g of powder to 60ml of water and mix in a shaker until completely dissolved. Pour into two suitable containers (silicone moulds) or leave the mixture in the shaker, scraping the sides with a spatula. Place in the microwave (800W) for 1 minute 30 seconds.

    Note: the smaller the container, the shorter the heating time should be.

    Consume within one hour of preparation.
