GLP-1 Nutrition

When you’re using GLP-1 medication (Ozempic ®, Wegovy ®, Mounjaro®, etc) and eating much less, keeping on top of your nutrition can become more challenging. Dietipro makes it simple to prioritise protein, hydration and balanced nutrition without overthinking food.

Substituting two of the main daily meals of an energy restricted diet with meal replacements contributes to weight loss. Consume as part of a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle, maintaining an adequate daily fluid intake. Please consult your GP or Healthcare professional before starting a VLCD plan, or if you have a medical condition and are looking to change your diet.

Stay on track with your GLP-1 journey with the supply of high-protein, nutrient-dense foods designed to support satiety, energy levels, and balanced nutrition.
