    Ingredients : Milk protein (sunflower lecithin, soy lecithin) ; cocoa powder (sunflower lecithin) (16 %) ; thickeners : guar gum, carboxymethylcellulose, starch ; flavour ; salt ; acidity regulator : dipotassium phosphate ; sweeteners : aspartam (contains phenylalanine), potassium acesulfame. Allergens : Milk and soy (see in bold). Manufactured on equipment that processes egg.

    Instructions :

    1- Empty one packet into a bowl.
    2 A - For a PUDDING : add slowly 115 ml of cold water while stirring with a whisk or a fork until well dissolve.
    Refrigerate for 15 to 30 minutes until firm.
    2 B - For a MOUSSE : prepare like a pudding and stir in one white egg firmely beaten. Refrigerate.
    2 C - For a MILK SHAKE : empty one packet in an electric mixer, add 220 ml of cold water and mix
    3 - Consume in the 10 followings minutes.
