Ingredients : Dehydrated potatoes (38,4%) ; soy protein textured (35,9%) ; dehydrated onions ; sunflower oil ; wheat protein ; pea protein ; dehydrated carrots ; flavours (celery) ; salt ; color : caramel E150c ; thickener : guar gum E412 ; dehydrated parsley ; organic garlic powder. Allergens : Soy and celery (see in bold). Manufactured on equipment that processes mustard, milk and eggs.
Mixing directions :
1 - Empty content of one packet into a small saucepan (or into a microwave safe bowl).
2 - Add 170 ml (2/3 cup) boiling water.
3 - Bring to boil and simmer 5 to 10 minutes (or microwave on high for 2 or 3 minutes, stirring occasionally). Cooking guidelines may vary depending on the microwave.
4 - Remove from heat (or take off the microwave) and let stand for 2 or 3 minutes.
5 - Consume in the 10 followings minutes.
